Journaling is a process of self-directed change, but to avoid writing in circles, or to ensure you’re on the right path to achieving your personal or professional goals, consider working with a certified intuitive writing coach.

Jeanne Rice offers expert guidance and draws from a wide range of techniques that help ensure your writing practice is productive. Sessions are issues-focused and results-driven. They are usually conducted by telephone or Skype, and are offered in 30 and 60 minute blocks.

Some clients commit to a regular personal journaling or intuitive writing practice, as they would yoga or meditation, while others journal only on an as-needed basis. Either way, there are documented health and wellness benefits
