I suffer from really bad migraines usually they hit the hardest in the summer but I thought because we’d moved back up North and we were in a cooler climate, that was why I wasn’t suffering. Nah, my body has instead decided to save the up for the colder months instead so other than sitting in a dark room and trying to sleep off the pain and taking a stupid amount of migraine tablets from the Dr I try and drink lots of water, which sometimes helps to lessen the intensity of the migraines but not always. I liked this water quote/poster to try and make you drink more water. I thought it was appropriate since all I’ve done this week so far it feels is drink a ton of water. But it’s meant to be good for you anyway, riiiiiight?
