Yorkshire Puds
Sunday dinners are one of my favourite meals. But we only have them maybe once every two months. My favourite part of Sunday dinners has to be Yorkshire puddings. They are also may favourite thing to make. A couple of weeks ago Ry did a Sunday dinner with gammon and I offered to make the Yorkshire puds. They didn’t turn out as fabulous as usual because we have a really rubbish oven but with a decent oven they can turn out better than this.

This will make:
1 large {severs 4-6}
4 large {serves 4}
12 small {serves 4-8}

Ingredients
2 eggs
180ml / 6fl.oz. milk
100g / 4oz plain flour
1/2 level tsp salt
oil

Preheat oven 220C/425F/Gas Mark 7. Put a small amount of oil into your chosen tin and place into oven until hot.
Add all the ingredients together and whisk until there are no lumps.
Leave the mixture for at least 30 minutes. {This is my secret because it helps them to rise}
Remove the tin from the oven, and slowly pour the mixture in.
Return to the oven straight away and bake until well risen and golden. DO NOT open oven door until they have finished cooking or they will sink.

1 large 30-40 minutes
4 large 20-25 minutes
12 small 15-20 minutes
